- Balloon Smile terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- Balloon Smile cannot be held responsible for delayed or non delivery due to incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
- Claims for damaged balloons must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- By virtue of the Distance Selling Regulations, once goods have been dispatched Balloon Smile are excempt from giving cancellation rights as the goods we provide are perishable.
- Balloon Smile reserve the right to substitute your balloon for one similar if your choice is out of stock.
- Flying times for foil helium balloons are 4-7 days, and in many cases longer. In cold conditions balloons may appear deflated, but will quickly fill out in a warm environment.
- Delivery will always require a signature at the delivery address. Balloon Smile cannot accept responsibility for a balloon not being passed to the named recipient.
- Balloon Smile reserve the right to use Royal Mail Special Delivery or a courier delivery service during busy periods.
- If for any reason Balloon Smile is unable to fulfill its delivery promise a full refund will be issued.
- By submission of an order the customer accepts these terms and authorises Balloon Smile to take payment for balloons selected through PayPal.
